Looks like your plunger is getting caught up on the side of the hole. Mine did this the other night too. I just gently adjusted the position of the coil ever so slightly from underneath so it was more centered in the hole.

Not sure but it seems like the aluminum shaft bushings make that much of a difference. It feels slightly more powerful than stock plastic bushings at +0 coil power and I have no problem making the center ramp even with a slightly sloppy shot. I didn't like the halographic pro aluminum flippers I paired with the bushings, so I sold them to Hayfarmer and went back to plastic flippers. This combo shoots smooth as butter in my opinion.
