After removing the lockbar in an attempt to address the beer mug playfield issue, I couldn't get the lockbar back on afterward. I watched the tech struggle to get the lockbar on the first time when the machine was originally set up. So after owning it for only 2 weeks, I already managed to screw it up. I bent the metal bar mechanism that the lockbar connects into (see pics). I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to get the lockbar on (all my other machines have been so easy) and I didn't think that I had over-exerted it. So the one and only time that I've opened up the machine I've already screwed it up. Very disappointed with myself. I tried bending the metal back in place and it cracked. Guess I'll be opening a ticket with CGC and crossing fingers that it's covered by warranty (or at least able to buy another).
It's almost like the guide bar (for lack of better term) doesn't align with the lockbar because it sits lower than the lockbar's grooves (as demonstrated in the pics). After much fiddling, I was able to get the lockbar to finally connect by pressing the guide bar upwards blindly from within the coin door while using counterpressure with my arm on the lockbar and pulling the lockbar lever at the same time. Seems way to complicated. Not sure how long it'll hold now that the metal is compromised.[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]

We have the same problem. I screw the screws all the way in and all the way out and I still can't get the lock down bar to lock in place. I will open another ticket with CGC and see if they can help more.
