This is why I like CGC. They don’t half ass anything. Full ass or no ass is how they roll.

Lyman and I reached out to him early on when we got involved to see if he was interested in helping finalize his team's vision. We were stoked that he jumped at the chance to contribute.
He happened to do a bunch of voices himself in the game so listening to new dialogue from these characters is super fucking trippy.

My game is going NOWHERE!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my LE.
If there is an update or CCC update with a hardware element, Im ALL in!
Keep up the great work, Ill buy whatever you come up with.
The game is a keeper for me.
(try to sneak Cowboys and Aliens into the mix, I loved that)

Thanks for staying involved with us I know I am very excited.I believe most are also.
Quoted from ifpapinball:I enjoy receiving it as much as I do giving it.
I've learned so much about how to run a business from the armchair quarterbacking on Pinside, it should qualify as an accredited university at this point
Well said. You should put this in your signature. Lol.
Patiently waiting here as well. It's a different world today with fewer folks and resources to accomplish jobs and create deliverables. I deal with it day in and day out. Inflation has f'd up things too and it is what it is, and i can't imagine it costing less than a grand if it includes hardware.
If the code turns out to be a winner that really elevates the title, folks will get it regardless of the price. I know you guys have your eyes on the prize.
Keep up the good work.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my LE.
My LE is apparently not going anywhere either, as I still haven’t received it. But I only put my deposit down 2 1/2 years ago.

At this point they should ship yours with the add on kit installed!

Cowboys and Aliens will not make the cut, they already said it didn't fit the original designers vision. Cool mode but wont be in CCR. Any update is a good update. CC is a cool game but fairly shallow, I am excited to see what they come up with.

This is tremendously exciting to me. The personalities of the characters and their humorous call-outs are a huge part of what gives this theme so much charm. Extending the code potentially without access to the voices was a bit of a concern for me, so this comes as extremely welcome news!

And of course you can never get any update on it or feedback on when you may ever get it. CGC communication skills at their best.
After 2 1/2 years I think you have been forgotten
Quoted from daveddd14:What’s is the highest LE we have seen so far?
My 1008 was pretty close to the end of what we were seeing. Maybe a few after it. But that was 6 months ago.
Quoted from Scoot:I wasn't fortunate enough to get a CC with a topper. But I want one. Why can't I buy one separately? I know they are only available for SE+ and LE models. But why?
It's called exclusivity. It was bad enough that CGC watered down the LE's by giving the SE+ ones the topper after all the moaning from the sidelines on it. Now it is supposed to be like Oprah where "you get a topper and you get a topper, everyone gets a topper" . There are plenty of LE's on the market upgrade and get your topper that way......

What is the status w/ the ‘hardware component’ that was promised w/ the Extended Code two years ago?

It's designed and engineered. I've seen a picture of the prototype but haven't had a chance to play it installed in the game yet. Looking forward to that moment myself!

NICE, this is exciting! I've loved the CC theme from the original, so it has a permanent spot in the collection, but this is just icing on the cake!

Are we able to just get the software update ?
Quoted from pinballinreno:Are we there yet?
Figure pose the question now. no rush to greatness. great game and daughter wont let me sell it.

The plan is to only sell the complete kit.

Thank you for that and appreciate the open communication. When it's time, we will have a great code update.
Is there anyway to clear a “check switch” report without removing the glass and conducting a test?
I occasionally get a “check switch #..” warning when powering on. The switch number varies time to time. I’ve determined from removing the glass and performing a switch test that there is nothing wrong with these switches and the warning clears after the test. I’m pretty sure the warning is generated due to switch inactivation during a predetermined number or time of game play. For example, I’ve closed the outlane posts to the minimum for the grandkids and as a result, many games can be played without ball movement down the out lanes and I eventually see a warning to check the outlane switch.

This is exactly right. The error appears after x number of balls or games without activation.

Do you know if the error can be cleared from the machine without removing the glass and performing a switch test?
Thanks…

If its just the outlane switch, you can probably reach it from the coin door to actuate it.

You’re right…that works. Never thought of that, thanks
Just picked up a CCr LE … any recommendations on pitch ? Also where should my flippers be aligned to. I’m having trouble back handing the left ramp and making the center ramp via the left flipper. Also right orbit seems oddly impossible.
Thanks in advance !

I’m a pin amateur but as such, my bubble is set as shown (front on dark line about 6.5 deg) and flipper front face right on the detent in the playfield. I placed a toothpick between the flipper bat and the rubber and inserted into the hole and tightened everything down. Quite easy for even me to make all the shots you describe. Also increased flipper coil to +1

Im also at 6.5 degrees and have the flippers set at the factory setting.
I have no issues with making the shots, the game plays exceptionally well after some minor tweaks tp address a couple ball hang issues.
Howdy all!
My topper aiming lights are not working during shoot out mode!
They do work in test mode going through 8 at a time and all work.
Everything else on the topper functions correctly.
Edit:
Now I notice no one appears in the windows in attract mode but do work in test mode.
Yes attract mode for the topper in turned on.
Any suggestions??
Quoted from LTG:Turned on in software ?
LTG : )
Yes,it was turned on.
I did a factory reset and that fixed everything!
Oh well, will spend the weekend replacing all the high scores.
All fixed for now.
Gents, I've noticed a few issues with my CC lately and was wondering if anyone else was experiencing these or had a suggested fix. Sometimes at the plunge the marquis will not scroll through the options as the ball spins around the cup...the score just continues to flash. Other times the ball lock screen will appear after just hitting a flipper. The gunfight mode will start for absolutely no reason at all. Sometimes the graphics lag several seconds behind what is occurring in game play. I did a factory reset, and it fixed some of these for a while...then they returned. Not quite sure why the game is "bugging out".

I'd put it in switch test mode then shake the game and see if a switch is firing. If so adjust the contact gap at the switch
I’m sure it’ll be awesome so I’m in for the upgrade/add on no matter what.
I like the anticipation and the info tidbits.

I had changed GI to non interactive about 10 games ago before this happen.
Tech support question: the pop bumper fires when flip the flipper. I checked under the playfield and there is space between the switches so they don’t seem to be stuck close or too tight. Anything else I am overlooking?
Quoted from Habermania:Anything else I am overlooking?
Adjust the leaf blade switch for it below the playfield.
Turn the game off. Lift playfield up and lean back. See the leaf blade switch ? The long one with the plastic spoon is pushed by a plastic rod coming down from the pop bumper skirt. This plastic spoon should be clean, ( not worn on older games ) well centered on the rod, just resting on it, not pushing it up. Clean the leaf blade contacts, a piece of paper between them and gently hold closed and pull the paper out. The shorter lower leaf blade switch should be close enough so the slightest ball hit triggers it yet vibration doesn't set it off. A little adjusting/tweaking, and you'll be fine.

I vaguely remember something about this... After reading it lol. Thanks for that, now I just need a bally logo file that looks exactly like the one in afm lol
