Just to confirm, what's supposed to be included with the LE? Specifically manual or any other extras?

My NIB came with:

4 balls
power cord
strain relief
Screws for strain relief
Screws for back box
Screws for topper
Keys for coin door
Back box keys inside coin door
2 lower plastic replacement pieces

Ok to play without the back box bolts?

Grab one out of your AFMR. One in each game is plenty in home use.

Printed manual, warranty card, spare slings and couple other things. See goodie bag entry in the FAQ.

#12155 4 months ago

Looks like I'm missing the manual, plastics, and the warranty card. Already messaged Sara with PPS and have a ticket open. Stuff happens, and not super needed at this point. Sounds like the missing pieces will be sent out soon.

I have installed the knocker in my game and it mostly fires too weak to even hit the knocker plate. Occasionally it will knock the plate hard but not consistently. Any suggestions to get it working properly?

Also when the ball is ejected from the saloon popper it seems to get hung up on something and takes two attempts before coming out successfully. What should I look at to remedy that?

One more thing, is Bart supposed to move/talk when the ball is ejected from the mine? It seems to do it often on mine.

Thanks

Lloyd and myself asked this person to do this post here, hoping that the pinside community would be helpful, If you were in his position you'd probably want the problem fixed quickly too, so he probably didn't think to dig through all the pieces but thanks for that help....

The inlane posts for the guides use a bigger? bolt than I think the other remakes. My flat tool didn't fit. Seemed odd....

Quoted from glasairpilot:

This has been a fun game so far. Simple rules and fun shots. I enjoy trying to beat the Bad Guy and Beer Mug record on each play. It is interesting to see the sales action of used or NIB LE machines. $10,500 appears to be the going rate. 007LE is discounted even more selling for under MSRP. I think both machines will rebound once the supply of CCrLE dries up and bond code is complete. The trend seems to be:
1. Pay whatever it takes to get a LE machine as soon as the machine is announced
2. Sell you spot for you money back or a slight profit within 2-3 months before shipping has started
3. Sell your sport for a slight loss after shipping has started
4. Sell your actual machine for a larger loss after receiving it (sales tax and shipping factored in.)
5. Listen to all the complaining about code for a year.
6. Sell your machine for a profit once code is complete (BM66 good example. Bringing $6500 before code complete - now $12k)
Let's see if PFLE follows the same pattern. It may be unique enough to break the trend.

I agree with your assessment. On that note, speelchicking is you friend.

Reading is hard I know.

Somebody just spent $11,000 on something that doesn’t work properly, it’s understandable that they might drop a question to the group in hopes that some might help alleviate their stress without someone being a jerk. The response was fine, except for the condescending portion.

Finally got cleared to use stairs again. Starting Monday after a bunch of new exercises. :/

But watch out Bart - this sheriff is finally coming for ya!

Blended together a Coiled Rope cup holder for my CCr. I might add these to my shop if there is enough interest. Pm for details

My apologies. I’ve seen so much worse here and I’ve been helpful most of the time while people sh*t on each other. I understand JFH’s frustration seeing the same crap asked over and over. In this case the problem was only just brought up less than a page ago. Suppose it caught me at a bad time. I’d want my machine to work too as well as get help from the broader community when I need it. Hope the owner finds the fix and my link helped fwiw.

jfh and Thorn-in-pinball if for some reason I’m blocked by Thorn would you let him know I’ve tried PM’ing him regarding a for sale Ad he’s running? Thank you.

619 made it here safely. Had to raise the coin door switches before I could play my first game, but other than that it's working great.

Hey all,
Here is the new mirrored back glass I just got... Still on the fence if it was worth $300.

weird, don't remember doing it on mmr or mbr.... but titan has a flat one 1/4 and 5/16. I'll have to add that to an order next

MMR and MBr have different style inlanes, hence why I've never seen 5/16th posts before... wild!

For me, having the Bally logo on the BG was alone worth the price of admission. And it does look awesome once lit up too. But to each their own.

I initially bought Flyland Designs (Brian Allen's) limited edition translite, but it just never felt right.

I spent $295 on the mirrored back glass and am much happier. Was it worth the nearly $300? For me, absolutely! Do I wish that it had originally come with the CCr LE, when delivered ... absolutely!

I love it! Worth every penny!

The only thing I would have changed would have been to Mirror the Bally or make the Bally logo red. But it looks good in a subtle way as well. I love it too.

That’s BDSM Bartise or Bart-tease

#12184 4 months ago
Quoted from Gogdog:

Yep.....definitely a satiny texture to the powdercoat...feels great on the hands.
And....now as soon as I turn on the pin, Barts left arm motor is constantly moving forward....in attract mode and in game. If I go into tests, and test "backward", it stops....otherwise it just keeps moving always. Any ideas? Or is this a ticket for CGC.

Ok, so....it took a month but CGC was able to get my squared away by sending a new small board inside the topper that fixed the constantly rotating arm.

Yeah, I heard a story from a State Trooper the other day about that old braud. He said when he pulled her over she had a gun under every seat and one in the counsel. He asked her, "What are you so afraid of?" She replied,"Not a God dam thing!"

Haven't been on the site for a while, but just wanted to chime in regarding the real backglass. It's 100% worth the price, it looks amazing in person. I got lucky and TheCnyPinGuy had an extra one that I was able to purchase (I purchased my SE used, well if you call less than 50 plays used) and already had the alternative translite (which is really cool artwork), but it doesn't hold a candle to the look of the actual backglass.

It doesn't show up in pictures at all, but it is beautiful with tons of mirroring at all the right spots - highly recommend.
