Eric,

Just reviewed your thread at the PROC Forums. Very impressive.

I'm a CC fan too, and this work is nice, really nice.

The town drunk high score and multiball with reversed flippers are really spot on and very much in keeping with the lighthearted whimsy found in this era of Bly/Wms pins. Not sure how forgiving you need to be during that mode, maybe just make the initial ball-saver adjustable in the setup menu. (I'd find it really amusing to witness my friends/family freaking out when it kicks in.)

LMK if you want to share your work, I'd gladly offer to integrate the PROC system with my pin and help put it through its paces.

Man that was really cool sir. I'm so glad I stuck my head in to check it out. How many games did you log, any idea? That was a really, really nice contribution to make. Thank you.

Quoted from wallybgood:

Eric, this was one of the highlights of Expo for me also. The new code is genius. Looking forward to you presenting a seminar next year. Thanks for bringing your CC. Wally

+1 to the Seminar suggestion.

A couple of years ago I sat in on Destruk's seminar where several of the VPinMame and VirtualPinball developers demonstrated and showed us how to use those apps. it was really, really informative.

I know we have a couple of guys in the Chicago area that are playing with or have played with P-ROC.

Maybe we could pool those resources together for a seminar next year?

Saw this thread was just updated so I thought I'd mention that before Xmas I heard from the PROC folks that their controllers were backordered. So if anyone is thinking of diving in, I suggest you get on the waiting list now so you won't be disappointed when you're looking to begin your CCC conversion.

Cheers.

I *think* I'm on the latest?

Are we able to come to a consensus as to the release date of latest code?

Quoted from zr11990:

Has he done any recent updates?

No, we know Eric is totally immersed in coding up R&M right now and into the foreseeable future.

I'm almost positive that the version on mine is from sometime in 2018 but can't check this week due to travel.

Ball hangups are a drag so I just took a quick pic of my machine for comparison. Looking at it, I can't see much difference and yet I can't recall a ball getting trapped like that in the 11 years I've owned my machine. Hope this helps anyways. Maybe it's just something not bent quite right that is stopping the ball from rolling off that ledge?

Here's a close up. I do see that the vertical piece of metal on the left there might not be in the same position as it in in your pic. Either that or the angle is deceiving. Also, look closely at how the curved ball guide that goes behind his head is installed, on your machine it looks like it was relocated for some reason. Good luck!
