In fact (flame suit on), I usually just replace those particleboard Fireball Classic cabs with real plywood cabs.
No sense in spending all that time dicking with heavy, crumbling particleboard, when I can get a brand new plywood cab for $200. No crappy T-molding either, lol.
This caught my interest. How accurate are the new cabinets (structurally) to the ones you are replacing? Any issues with fitting parts on them or are they pretty much spot on?
