Pardon my ignorance on the subject, but I am not happy with the volume on my TFTC cabinet speaker. Is it possible to wire another potentiometer specifically for the cabinet speaker and still retain the original potentiometer that adjusts the master volume?

Yes, in this case I want to cut the cabinet speaker volume. Would I still use a 10k pot like the present pot?

I replaced the backbox speakers with aftermarkets that are less efficient than the cabinet speaker, so the output of the cabinet and backbox do not match. In reality I could likely disconnect the cabinet speaker, as I use a external sub. But, I wanted to try and keep the cabinet speaker.

Thanks for the help. I think I will disconnecting the cabinet speaker for the time being.
