There were tons of pictures taken before wrapping on the other side and I took mine today, one day after arrival, when I saw the damage.
Hopefully they can help resolve this - yes it sure looks like forklift or some similar damage.
We own 14 games and know how to take care of them - I certainly didn't do that damage.

This is why I don’t use STI ever, everyone swears by them, I’ve seen a dozen of these posts this year about sickening forktruck damage.
They’re like “oh well!” I mean like some of the games are rare and when they mutilate them, there’s no going back.
It’s sad. There’s definitely some really talented guys within a couple hours of you that could bring that cabinet back to its former glory!
Edit: your other posts seem to indicate they really had some issues? They bungled your other pins too??
