I'm interested in Mousin Around decals. It's difficult to see if the colors are correct and the dithering (dots) are there.

Has anyone purchased these and can comment?

    Thanks!

RetroRefurbs... Thanks for the picts of Mousin Around.

It appears there is some shading-dithering in yellow (the orange shading). The blue looks lighter than the deep blues on MA. Are they deep blue or is the pict off?

    Thanks

    Pete @RetroRefurbs...

I have purchased many decals with 1/2" to 1" overlap before. That is actually my preference, doing cabinet decaling.

Do your decals (specifically MA) have that overlap?

    Let me know.
    Thanks
    Kerry

    Quoted from Skins:

Be sure the decals are clean as well. There is nothing worse than a small piece of trash sticking up in your fresh decal.

Totally agree! You won't believe that the smallest piece of Shiot that is on your decals... will find itself nicely under it, when you're done

    OK... I took the plunge on 3 sets of decals (Mousin Around / DINER & Congo). I ordered the same time. They arrived in 10-14 days each individually. Here's my report, so far;

Congo; Tube delivered in about 10 days not a mark in it. Decals were smooth and no issues. I'll report back when installed

Mousin Around: Tube had a very large crush in center (no picture bcuz I left it at post office). So bad, I had pulled decals to examine before leaving Post Office. Decals have many areas that have deep creases in them. Hopefully they'll come out (picts attached). I do like the gradation (fading of colors in yellow / orange), however, the dithers / dots are very small / fine. The original dots are much larger (my preference).

DINER; The tube had the bottom torn off and hanging (picts attached). Before I took possession (from post office), I pulled them out to see no damage to them. These transported fine (luckily).

All 3 have a nice feel, semi-gloss finish and colors that appear to be real close. I'm happy with the purchase. Now to install DINER first.

I purchased 3 of your decals... I would like to see the video as well. You mentioned it was going to be available a couple months back.
