Going to install my Cabinet Decals using the wet method. Other then dish soap n water is there a better product?

I find baby shampoo and water work well. Easier to get than rapid-tac.
The big thing is to make sure you don't have vinyl that is air-egress. You can't wet-app with it. The air channels in the glue will perma-trap liquid.
That’s a pic of stripped cabinet
2 coats of oil base primer then 2 black
One coat of min wax satin
I even sanded and sealed bottom
No raw wood !
