Rapid Tac is the one I've used.

Rapid tac ? Sounds like it dries rapidly
No room for error

Nope, it works well. It's made specifically for decal/vinyl application.

I've used rapid tac also, it's what I'd use again if I were ever patient enough to do a decal job

Maybe paint the cab first. All that fluid will go into the wood.
I find baby shampoo and water work well. Easier to get than rapid-tac.
The big thing is to make sure you don't have vinyl that is air-egress. You can't wet-app with it. The air channels in the glue will perma-trap liquid.

That’s a pic of stripped cabinet
2 coats of oil base primer then 2 black
One coat of min wax satin
I even sanded and sealed bottom
No raw wood !

Really? I've used wet install method on about a dozen sets of pinblades and they are all fine. I've just used Windex for those rather than rapid tac, but it works great.

Rapid-tac. Only product I use to wet install. I’ve done 6 pins with it.

I’ve also decayed my cars with it. Perfect and allows plenty of time for repositions.

I stripe cars and trucks for years, nothing but a few drops of dish soap and water.
