Those were made by Darin Jacobs years ago. They have a premask to protect the artwork. It can be removed but it's not easy. You want to peal it off in strips. You'll never get it off in one piece.
I'd be concerned about how dry the adhesive might be under the creases.
Edit: I used to remove the premask before installing them. It's a pain. That's why no one makes them that way anymore.
