    Take those screws and nails out.

    Pry open the seam and clean out any crap.

    Glue with your Titebond.

    Repair damage with Fiberglass Resin and some chopped fiberglass (both available at any auto or boat store).

    That damage is way too big to be repaired with Bondo Filler or Wood Filler.
