I was curious if others have this great situation:
In Atl, we have active leagues and tourneys. When we sell or trade pins, there are several of us who "keep it in the family," that is, sell or trade pins with friends and keep the prices low. We sell or trade at the price we got the pin for and not try to gouge friends. We lower the price knowing we can get the same good deal next time.
It works out great. Pins we like stay in town, they get sold or traded amongst the group and all is well. I often find my old pins at a 2nd or 3rd friend's house. I love saying "thats my old pin, how did YOU get it?!?" I know if I want a great new pin, I can always find a friend with one.
Anyone have similar situations? It really enhances the hobby and promotes pinball kinship.
