If the playfield is planking it is hard to fix a repo is 700-1000. A playfield swap takes a lot of time I did one on my tz if you can live with the planking leave it but if you want a perfect game then do a playfield swap. The lights are a few cents each but I recommend you upgrade to less which is 100-150 for the whole game. I would offer 5500 if I where you.
