I think $3,800 for a HUO Simpsons is a very nice deal. If you get bored with it after awhile you will have no problem selling in the future. That being said, condition is king. Make sure there is no wear around the flippers, and check the other usual suspects mentioned already in this thread. I think it may be riskier to start with an older pin because of maintenence issues. TSPP was the first DMD that I bought and it kept me laughing and trouble free the whole time I had it. Either way enjoy your first machine!
