I would never categorize Getaway as clunky, actually it's more of opposite of clunky. Shallow, yes but not at all clunky IMO.
I would go with JD from your list , but LA is great bang for buck with lots to do and is ton of fun. I would pick LA over JD all day, everyday.

Fishtale is so much better than JD,tommy,LA, or any of the games you have listed except Shadow. I would rank shadow little higher than FT.
