Do whatever makes you happy but:
1. if you have not bought your first then be prepared for plans to changes as soon as the first one comes in the door They like to multiply quickly.
2. Buy in summer and you will save yourself $$$ in the long run. The pinball buying tends to slow in summer and prices dip (regardless of what greater trend there is in the market).
3. Branch out and play more pinball. While B/W from the 90s are still my overall favorites, the more you play the more you may opt for a bit more variety. There are LOTS of other great games, eras, and manufacturers over the years.
