I'm definitely budgeting for the Analogue NT as well. It's a really interesting project that I feel like is going to fulfill preorders then disappear. Not sure how viable a $500 NES is in the long term as a business, but I've got around 450 NES games and if they make an NES that's 1% better I'm onboard.
As far as your pinball plan, I think your patience is insane I can't even imagine where I'm going to live in 8 years.
