Bought my first pinball in May from Hemispheres Amusements in Illinois. Now I have 5 with 2 more on order. Yes they're extremely busy, they're a small family run shop. However, their service is first rate and they are honest. They tell you what they know and more important tell you that they don't know which properly sets expectations. They are fairly priced, no they are probably NOT the cheapest, but they have literally done everything they said they would and in todays world that is a rarity. I highly recommend them.
