Sorry, but Treasure Cove cannot be trusted. The second that Ray accused the buyer of swapping the boards or the corrosion happened in the week the OP had the machine is complete bullshit. All credibility of this company is out the window.

It seems to me that you are completely downplaying what happened here. This was not a "mistake" or something that was "less than perfection" as you put it.
Surely you can see that?
This looks like clear fraudulent intent to me, and something that certainly is not worthy of defending as someone just "being human" or something that was "less than perfection."
