dreamtheme for posting about it. Their experience so far hasn't been up to Cointaker's standard of excellence. CT can still make things right.

They managed to take the money and get the order shipped without a phone call. They generate support tickets without a phone call.
If you think a phone call is the way to get things done then get on the damn phone and ask them to contact their customers using the methodology they have set up on their website.
Or maybe let them handle their customer service as they see fit. They've been around long enough to have a pretty good idea on how to conduct business.
