First off, I would like to respond by saying we will always take care of any issue we have. Our support ticket system is supposed to send emails when there is a new ticket opened, we have issues with that not happening which is being addressed with that company. We are working very hard to work out the issues of taking over this company. We were to have 3 weeks of training from the previous owner and had less than one week. We are doing our best, please bear with us and give us a chance to fix our mistakes.
