I think there are two sides to this coin. I also like the challenge a project pin presents (and have it spades with the bad wizard), but there is a completely different line of maintenance work my restored BK presents. Not much work per se, but more cleaning and the little things that pop up with any machine being run. I guess it depends on how much work you want to get personal satisfaction from. If you want a deep dive, watch for the worst example of a pin you really want. If its just maintenance you're looking for, then over paying for a machine that is always playing but you can tinker with may well be worth the price
