    I don't know much about newer pins, so if this question seems dumb, I aplogize....

    Why are companies like Mirco, making playfields for newer games, like Houdini? Isn't Houdini only a few years old? Is the OEM quality that poor?

    Making them again ? Or left over stock from when they did ?

    Selling them. So they were the manufacturer of the original OEM playfields? That would answer my original question.

    Yeah, someone has to make all these parts for the new games. It’s a very specialized process and only a few companies do it properly with the correct materials and proven manufacturing procedures.
