You are missing a rubber post on the right side of the left ramp. You should put one there while you have Sparky out to fix his foot.
Rob
Have the exact same problem on the one iam about to buy. Not real sure why it happened or how iam going to fix it but will cross that bridge when I come to it. Hope you get some good feedback here.
This bash toy has already broken now.
Mostly on routes.
Main cause?
The soft rubberized plastic hardens with age.
It has been over 5 years for some games.
It will get more brittle as the years roll on, that is just the nature of the situation.
Sunlight and gameplay will probably accelerate the issue.
Hot glue does not provide sufficient mechanical strength, you need a chemical adhesive bond.
Repair with professional modeler epoxy.
Install an extended front protector shield that will reduce some additional impact stress that was primarily designed against airballs.
Some even filled the feet with epoxy via injection, as it is semi-hollow.
Buy a spare Sparky before Stern raises the price again, if really concerned.
They used to be $50, now they are $200 or more.
This is a 400% cost increase.
Quoted from imharrow:The RUO MET I bought had that problem. I used epoxy putty to fix it. It is too early to tell if it will hold up to the stress, but I am hopeful.
I am sad to report by epoxy putty fix did not hold up. I am going to something different next.

When were they ever $50 bucks?

You have a link to the process? I don't want to screw him up more! Lol
