Thanks for the feedback. I put the board back on the test bed rechecked all PIA’s via pinwiki notes all tested good. I performed the memory test and pulse continued so it passed. During the test the segment display is always flashing intandem with the test the numbe 8. Not sure where to go from here?

Then I used the test switch and got the 8 for memory ok then a 3 which is checksum error U26. I turned power on an off several times and get the 8 again. Removed U26 and get the 0 every time. Going to reburn u26
