Doesn't look like there was a circuit on the bottom, is there a pad on the top going to a circuit? Is the topside pad gone too?
If the topside pad is still there you can probably solder from the top to secure the pin and run a jumper to the next part of the circuit but to do it correct you need the eyelet replacement especially to restore the through hole. (Especially if you want to go for the gold standard of repair)
