Good morning.. Just bought a beaten up Hi Speed for restoration
Main problem appears to be condition of playfield..
Some of the lights are sticking up above the playfield surface maybe 1/16th".
What would be the correct way to get them to sit back down flush with the PF surface.
Thanks very much..

Heat from the underside with a blowdryer and press down till flush.

Sorry is that like a regular hairdryer? Tried it for 5 minutes but nothings moving yet.. Thanks

A heat gun will get a little hotter than your traditional hair dryer. At 500-1000 degrees, you probably wouldn't have any hair left. Anyhow, here's a link to one that might work for you:

Hope this helps,

Be very, very careful with that heat gun.

It will melt mylar, melt the insert or set things on fire if you are not careful.
