Since you haven't gotten any replies, I'll give it a shot. I don't have a schematic or know the machine, but if a pop bumper stays activated, the coil is not bound, and the contacts are good, I would say you have a bad transistor on the driver board. You will have to do a search for a schematic or a deeper search here to find what you need. Good Luck
