Hello this is my first post. I just picked up my first pinball R&B and I probably made every mistake being a first time buyer. My playfield appears to be in good shape except for these two sections near the flippers. I can’t seem to remove these black marks. I used novus 1 and 2 but no change. I want to try and get these out before waxing it. Would anyone give me some expert info on how to get these out?

Also can anyone recommend a playfield support for this playfield. When i lift out the playfield I’m constantly catching parts on the box. I saw one on Marco but I’m not sure that works.

Any info would be awesome. Thanks so much

Is that glue residue in front of the slings. You can try Goo-gone or Magic Eraser with isopropyl alcohol. Don’t get too aggressive with either.

Yeah if you’re talking about the area in front of the slings, that looks like dirt and grime jammed into the edges of the mylar patches.

You could use something plastic with an edge to scrape/pick it out or a hobby knife if you’re careful. I wouldn’t go crazy and risk lifting the edge of the mylar.
