I am submitting this bug report via CHROME, as I'm not able to post using IE.

I'm using Internet Explorer, and previously it was fine. Today I am seeing a bug where if I attempt to upvote/downvote a post - it just jumps to the top of the page. If I try to click and see who upvoted - it doesn't do anything.

I'm not seeing the same behavior on my tablet - so suspect it may be IE specific.

ALSO - when I tried to send you a PM on this - and I clicked 'SEND' is asked me if I wanted to open or save the file - and the message was not sent. When using IE, I am not able to post or send messages
