It's 99% complete, still have to find some nice screws for the lockbar.

    some "specs" :

    - Xin-Mo for the buttons to usb input (first tried the Philips pinball controller without success.)
    - Samsung P2250 for the playfield 22"
    - Unknown 15inch monitor for the back-box and matrix
    - Creative Small pc speakers
    - Cabinet is without computer since i connect it directly besides my main pc
    - "side rails" recovered from my old Paragon cabinet
    - Hole in the middle is for Ps3 cam and BAM
    - Extra buttons for nudging
    - Playfield and backbox are covered with Plexi
    - Cabinet is made from an old desk and pretty heavy!

    To do:

    - Small touchups
    - Some cool topper
    - side stickers
    - Plunger & mouse wheel roll mechanism...

    Quoted from NextoPin:

I can't decide if I'm going to put legs on it or feet.

My idea was to make a simple table top machine, but i guess some nice chromed legs would look nice!

    impossible to put a coindoor

Who needs a coin door after all! Looks greay btw, the classic design fits Scared stiff very well!

and add the head tracking I think it will be the best virtual pinball around.

Pretty sure about that! btw all the Unit3d machines play but 2, elvira and indiana, what could be the problem.

Installed pinmame and visual pinball again, an now nothing works..arghh, gonna go for a clean install again. Thanks for the VRAM and updated game tip, trying out now!

Jup, that did the trick, including all "essentials" now even Indiana works!

But seriously a little more info

I know, but it was weird that all except 2 machines did not work...guess they need the NVRAM stuff.
