Buckaroo

Buckaroo has a light between the flippers that supposedly indicates when you're able to match the Roto value on a drain. This light has 'when lit' below it, but it is always on. There doesn't seem to be a shot or sequence that turns it on or off. I checked youtube videos of this machine and see the same thing. Is this light always lit, or am I missing something? Sorry for the bad picture.

IMG_20140730_144828_469.jpgI believe the circuit is completed and the light is lit any time the roto-target is stationary. It goes out when the roto is spinning.
The reason they needed it was that if you hit the "spin" target then drain the ball while the roto is still spinning you don't get a number (because obviously the machine doesn't yet know which number(s) the roto-target will eventually land on)
