Finally got through the major issues. Just two things left (I hope.)
The special light does not alternate. What switch or relay makes the special alternate back and forth?
The spin-n-spot feature spins, but it doesn't spot.
Any ideas?

The same stepper that spins the spot alternates the special light. The spot award has it's own relay I suspect both units need cleaning possibly minor adjustment. The relay is on the bottom board and the stepper is under the playfield on the back left side.
The 'FS' mini-stepper controls the alternating Special lights. It has a make/break switch that rides on a cam, and that switch is what alternates the lights. But the mini-stepper needs to be stepping for that to work. (FS is the 00-90 unit used for Match.)
The 'KS' mini-stepper controls the 10 yellow advance lights, and is driven by the spinner switch.
Mine is the AAB version I wrongly assumed they were the same. I suppose they designed the replay version first and since the AAB doesn't have match they moved that make/break sw to the ks stepper, the shifty bastards. Thanks for the correction.
