    You can't spend too much time in one spot. You have to move quickly while holding the ramp at the right angle. As soon as you see it start to clear just a little move away to a different spot and then come back later. Work areas a little at a time. You can't rush polishing. It takes time and patience to keep from melting the ramp. The bubbles are from basically boiling the ramp and aren't going to come out.
