Quoted from NEW-B:Or maybe they're focused on 1978. What was the top song in 1978? Shadow Dancing by Andy Gibb. I feel like a Gibb family pin is headed our way.
Jaws II also came out in 1978

Quoted from Grantman:Somebody that posts on the forum a lot (and may or may not know what they are talking about - if it's Sean Connery Bond next week then maybe they do know something) said last year: "BTTF is Kaminkow and will cost $12k, no pro or premium models...only LE w/ topper sold separately"
Hope that's not the case, I refuse to drop that much on a toy, unless I can drive it. I would buy a pro at current pricing if BTTF is announced, and I swore I'd never buy a NIB pin.
Quoted from Grantman:For comparison, Beatles Diamond SLE (100 made) has an MSRP of $25k (currently $24k in stock at Cointaker). Beatles Platinum LE (250 made) has an MSRP of $15k (also in stock). BTTF will definitely be more popular than the Beatles game. I agree that production numbers for BTTF SLE/LE/Premium of 88/1985/open would make sense.
Edit: I'm not saying that I hope that BTTF has similar prices, but we should be prepared for the worst pricing scenario.
Hopefully Stern doesn't do that, zero chance what the title is that I'd drop that much on a toy.
Quoted from Grantman:These prices are bonkers. $13k for the Bond LE! Curious what the Kapow BTTF tiers will be.
The funny part is for $13k,you also get the Stern "tail light warranty ". Freaken joke
Quoted from Haymaker:I like seeing the old BTTF's come up for sale. That game is such a sucker/noob buy.
Why is it a "sucker/noob" buy? I enjoy mine, think I paid $1k for it. Yes it's not a deep game, but I love the theme, and don't mind the gameplay.
Quoted from crujones4life:I'd go up to $5000 depending on condition and location.
So I guess this makes me a "sucker" too, as I wouldn't sell mine for $5k.
Quoted from crujones4life:That's a Big Tymer mod! $250!
Exactly...Grabbed mine for like $25 on Amazon.
Quoted from Pinballbuyer:I have a tentative trade for back to the future in progress. Hopefully it goes through (sentimental machine for him). If I get it I will replace the playfield completely while reshuffling the mechanisms, adding ramps and wireforms in the process. Martys face will be on it too! I cant draw faces…. This is what I am going to do over the winter if he goes through with the trade… If he falls through I will be looking for another machine. And it can be beat to hell and routed to death. I would still be a buyer, just pm me. I want to do this project!

Why not just start with a different, less desirable pin to make your re-theme?
