Quoted from defonze88:Can someone Let me know what flipper coil there using I'm trying to reference the manual but looks like part # has changed. The flippers hit way to hard.

90-5020-30

Manual say something about 90-5020-20 but these are too strong.

You want the 23-900 coils which are part number 90-5020-30.

Thanks, I got the 90-5020-20 like you said and hit way too hard. I appreciate the response

Could someone post good pictures of the ramp decals? I got the new ramp and am trying to make decals for it but need some photos to verify a couple things.

I need a good picture of the attached one to tell how the text is. If I should outline the words "Flux Capacitor" or leave as is.

Thanks

Corrected part for flipper coils is 090-5020-30, 23-900 coil.
Here's an old photo from a really clean BTTF pinball.

You can scrutinize the flipper coils.

Would anyone have scans of the ramp decals that have been scaled and are ready to print?

Can anyone send me a picture of the BTTF sling shot switch wiring I'd like to compare to mine.I just picked one up when you play the slings keep firing and the left pop bumper. Trying to figure out if something is wired wrong or a diode.

In picture 1...the diode is disconnected. The grey side is floating in space. You can see the chunk of solder it used to be connected to.

I just cut it to test it and make sure it was back feeding. Wires were spliced when I picked it up I soldered them back on to where I believe they go but want to verify

Quoted from TheCapn:

The display problem you speak of is a common issue with this game from the factory. Not only do the LED displays not line up, but the originals tend to not line up either. I fixed mine by drilling new holes approximately 1/2'' up and to the left of the original holes. Fixed it.

Oh never mind I just found this post so it’s factory issue ? Jeezus

That looks fantastic !!

Looks great.

I think Back to the Future is kind of an underrated game. The soundtrack is really great, and it’s fun to shoot. The rules are on par for basically any pre-full-DMD Data East game.

Couldn’t have said if better myself. Great pin and decently hard overall with good callouts. Not much more to ask for from this era IMO.
