My new BSD was working fine on delivery a week ago. Now the mystic ball keeps getting kicked out during regular play. It loads up when you start up the machine but will not stay in place. It comes out at the wrong time. Any ideas on what to look at first? Also there is only one ball during coffin multi ball. Is that right?

Wow Black Rose thanks for the offer. It looks like it is a worse problem then I thought. The problem with Mystic ball got me to pull the play field glass ( which shattered), the trouble shooting program is telling me there are problems with switches, optos and the magnets. In addition now the flippers do not work and the game is constantly searching for a lost ball.. Sounds like a power supply problem or ground to me. I couldn't see a blown fuse but i need to check with a multi meter. I bought this from a pretty reputable guy who has a warranty program. So before I get the manual and roll up my sleeves I want to see what he will do
