Been having multiple issues,sometimes ground row 1 and 2 and then different multiple switch errors.The only thing I found is the 5v is at 4.9v.Would this cause the switch problems ?

I had similiar issues with my BSD a little while back. It was a bad capacitor on one of the opto boards. It was the larger of the 2 boards and you could see the black cap had been leaking. Replaced it and all was well. Hope this helps
