So I'm at work and just get a text from my wife. Daughter was playing BSD and hit the mystery hole but the ball didn't get kicked up from under the playfield. Ball search goes, but nothing. Had wife power cycle and she says a few different errors showed- magnet left, magnet right, magnet unload, right ramp up. Just looking for any ideas before I get home and get to look at the manual. Thanks in advance.

Broken wire shut off a lot of switches. See if those have a common wire.

Green wire gray stripe for a start. Might be another issue.

Thanks, Lloyd! Hopefully something simple. I should have some quiet time in the next couple days, so I'll report back with findings.

I know I had a issue with ball getting stuck sometimes before the ball popper and subway edge so the opto wasn't seeing the ball. After adjusting the subway its been fine since something u may wanna check? Other issues not sure but magnet left common if it never gets there others I dont believe are not connected maybe ball not making it there?

Check fuse F105. Make sure it didn't blow.

Ok. Gonna bump this up for a little more help. I haven't found any broken wires as of yet. In test mode, none of solenoids #1-28 are firing. No lights working. Broken wire still possible explanation? Or should I look at J107 as the likely culprit?

Check F104 and F105 and make sure J107 is properly seated and no loose wires.
