I have been working on a total tear down and rebuild of my BSD. The game played before the restoration began. Finally got everything put back together and turned it on. The game powered up fine and the DMD was giving me the Factory Settings Reset notification. I had some bulbs still missing out of the translite backboard and I was installing these bulbs. After two or three minutes the notification changed to something like Tilt Switch Stuck, which after inspection I found it is not. Then I started to smell smoke. I opened up the backboard and found smoke coming out of the backside of the power driver board. I turned off and unplugged the machine immediately. It appeared the smoke was coming in the area I circled in the picture. You can see this area has had a repair in the past. Again, the game worked prior to me starting the restore. The plug that goes into connection J115 was burnt on this board and I replaced the plug. Other than that I didn't change anything on the board. Not sure where to go from here.
