One objective is to kill Dracula but I wouldn't call it an end, its just one of the Three multi balls. There is no true ending like a wizard mode similar to other more mode based games. The main objective it to try and start all 3 multi balls at the same time to get 3x scoring and big jackpots from Castle multiball, while killing dracula and getting 30million per shot, also building your bats and rats for huge end of ball points.
Its all or nothing with Dracula and when you get it all its great! I have one and its not going anywhere.

Thank you so much for the explanation! So Basically it's all about multiball and scoring big points....AWESOME!

Or die trying, which happens most of the time, and it just makes you want to play it more.

Yeah! Saw that video the other day, I noticed the ball would get rejected by something on the upper right side. Was that the coffin hole rejecting the ball? Is that something common on BSD?
Quoted from fusion301:Not that Im aware of, mine never rejects the coffin lock - coffin ramp rejects sometimes
Thanks for sharing this info! Now I just got to get me one
Quoted from Rdoyle1978:Does any pin have an 'ending'?
One could argue that the "celebration" you get after completing the wizard mode would be a game ending. For example, getting the vacation jackpot in white water, or joining the circus in CV.

Yeah! Or Eternal Life in IJ!

You're probably missing the clear plastic that goes over that ramp to prevent rejects.
Also, this brand new video
When people are over and drac starts saying 30 million it pretty much goes crazy and my house. One of my all time favorite call outs. So so exciting.

This is exactly what I was thinking. Finally got around to shopping mine out with the Color release as motivation. Mine had been missing and I'd get rejects.

What plastic is this? Just getting ready for BSD

I would highly suggest you go to the BSD owner's thread and do some homework.
BSD can be a decently finicky pin, and trust me, you're going to want to know and understand it - especially the Mist ball gimmick. I have 134 posts in that thread because I cut my teeth a good bit on BSD. By far, the pin I learned the most on.
Just friendly advice - YMMV.

I only post this as a "please don't struggle like I did" kind of post. Hope it didn't come across as "nose up". Only trying to help :/!

That's very nice of you! I will check it out for sure! Thanks!
We try to be very helpful in that thread. Lots of answers to common problems, like that missing plastic.

I can't find it.....

Also not sure if this counts as "the end" but you can get the fluffy bunny animation and supposedly there is a car wash one also once youve scored a ton of points, loops, etc. Maybe someone can verify this

never heard about this.. how exactly to see that animation?
I have BSD since two years and it's still fresh as day one. It's my favourite machine, it's bringing so much adrenaline. The highs you get with BSD are unparalleled by no other game. Getting the 480 millions bonus (double Castle Jackpot in 3X multiball) is the most amazing feeling I have ever felt in pinball (managed very very few times)! Just set the steepness as you wish: at standard 6.5 degrees can be extremely punishing, too much for my tastes. I personally love it at 5.8/6 degrees. This is the most important adjustement to play around with and once you find your preferred sweet spot the machine is the best of the best, especially in terms of lastability.

Ty for the link!

The story is when you get to a high enough video mode, Dracula washes your car.
Quoted from aobrien5:The story is when you get to a high enough video mode, Dracula washes your car.
cool. so, video mode is calles "wave" in BSD. Completing wave 1 moves you to wave 2 and so on, getting faster each time. At which wave do the car wash appear? and what about the fluffy bunny?

Hit Ball Launch when Dracula crosses his eyes to see Fluffy the Vampire and get a huge score.
Also, don't forget to double flip when you see the Renfield animation in the asylum.
Don't know if anyone has ever found the car wash...

A ok, fluffy the vampire, i knew about that and the huge score so its not fluffy bunny!
Also knew avout renfield animation..
But not sure about the car wash. I set my video mode to very hard settings (its like starting from wave 4 from easy settings) and managed to reach wave 6 or 7.. No car wash ever seen. With easy settings its possible to reach wave 10 and beyond: is it here you can see the Dracula car wash?
Didnt know about the ball launch button for fluffy, i thought you got it after spelling d-r-a-c-u-l-a 5 times in a single multiball. Ive only seen it when once and wasnt sure how i did it. Someone has been pulling my leg and is gonna get socked in the ____ at the next league meeting
Quoted from aobrien5:Don't know if anyone has ever found the car wash...
Don't forget about the "DoHO" in Dracula's crypt.
Quoted from Philk:You could have planking in either, but its less common in the SP. Planking can occur from changes in temp/moisture so yeah you could plank out a perfectly good playfield over time but you'd have to be fairly careless (having it in a damp basement w/o dehumidifier)
Why is the LS Playfield more prone to planking tho?
Quoted from PaulCoff:Don't forget about the "DoHO" in Dracula's crypt.
That's your tip-off to look for other Easter Eggs. If you ever see it in another game, be on the look out.
Quoted from KornFreak28:Why is the LS Playfield more prone to planking tho?
poorer quality wood, I'd assume.
If there was a car wash animation that would be awesome
I have the urge to play with the glass off tonight and try to find it
Quoted from timtim:If there was a car wash animation that would be awesome

As discussed, it could be after many video mode waves. But glass off won't be enough.. although it will help!

Wasn't it 13 video modes?
Quoted from tjprice222:I have an LS and I know several people with LS as well. No issues on any of them. I wouldn't worry too much about SP or LS as long as it looks like it's been taken care of. Just my $.02. Definitely my favorite game!
Thanks!!!! I'm already making a deal for a BSD. Hopefully we finilize the deal tomorrow
Johnny Mnemonic definitely has an ending. The final mode is "Shutdown Multiball". I got through to that, my score was up to 8.9 billion, and the game ended. I entered my initials, and that was it. My first time ever seeing an end to a pinball game, imposed by the software.

You mean Powerdown? That is the wizard mode, but the game doesn't just end after that mode.

You will regret that. Somewhere down the road, you will have a monster game on someone else's game, and then it will hit...
Quoted from Elicash:So you bought it and hated it? I see you're already selling. What happened??
Not exactly. BSD is a great game BUT is the only game I'm willing to get rid of to buy Metallica and yes, it is a very tough game. Although last night was the first time I got all 3 MB at the same time and what a RUSH that was!!!
Not in any rush to sell it. The game plays great! But I got the Metallica itch and BSD is the only game I'm willing to put on the chopping block for Metallica. I'm a huge Metal head. As soon as I heard Churchill is making Stern Playfields I decided to buy Metallica. Again, I don't Hate BSD. My BSD plays great and have video to prove it if someone is interested. This was last night....super fun!
Quoted from NPO:You will regret that. Somewhere down the road, you will have a monster game on someone else's game, and then it will hit...
You might be right about that NPO. Not in any rush to sell it. I just can't justify buying Metallica without selling a game first. But after last night's awesome BSD run....I may just keep it! That was an INCREDIBLE rush!!! My Bryan Kelly TAF and my IJ are my def. keepers.
