Good to see you didn't need a new action figure for each one you're doing. We'll see the details that come through the mold when it's ready. I really hope it looks awesome!!
Once the initial batch you have to make is done and people report back of them going into the game and fitting fine, I will probably be ordering one as well. Just something to keep on your radar.
Quoted from heckheck:How about a dark shot as lit by the flashers. I'm seriously considering one of these, though loss of the lock lights needs some solution (there has to be a good one)
I have an idea (tentative). You get a drill bit or a circular cut out bit roughly the same size as the lock lights. You make one hole on each side of the front of the coffin above where the ball spits out into the habittrail. Lengthen the wires of the lock lights and run them from inside the coffin where the ball does NOT have a chance of getting all caught up in the wires. The bulb sockets could be riveted inside the coffin, so when properly mounted, all the player sees are the bulb heads sticking out of the front of the coffin.
Big question is: what if I have to take the coffin off with the lights installed? Use insulated male/female quick disconnects for 22 gauge wire or use molex connectors if you want to get all "pinball parts happy," and place the connectors OUTSIDE and behind the coffin assembly. Then, you can quickly disconnect the wiring for the lights mounted in the coffin, and the whole assembly comes right on out.
Boom. I'm a genius. Give me some money or at least some thumbs up !!!
For those of us who opted for unpainted, are we just "holding our place" in line until you get to us? If that's the case, no problem, just keeping modfather in the loop so he can know when to expect my unpainted coffin mod. Thanks!
