I posted this on the general BSD owner's thread - thought I'd try here as well.
I recently purchased the Dracula coffin mod and I'm now just getting around to installing it. Question to those who have already done so: is this supposed to fit over the existing light board (see the 1st pic below)?

With the light board on, mine does not fit completely (see pic #2).

If you look at pic #3, you can (hopefully) see that the opposite side is not flush and has a slight protrusion in the middle. Wanting to know if an additional step needs to be done with the light board, or if I received a defective unit.

Yup, that's correct.
I believe someone else added the additional lighting back with some LED strips. I welcome anyone to sell a supplement to this mod that adds back the additional lighting! I found the lighting from the flashers was enough but to each their own!
Also, update on the torches coming soon.. Sorry for the delay on these, the new baby kinda threw a wrench into my schedule this month lol
I plugged in the original light board below the playfield and plugged some long lead LEDs into the sockets to run up into the coffin. The material on the new coffin is pretty thick so not a lot of light gets through even with white LEDs.

I'm finally getting around to installing mine, since I picked up a BSD last Thursday. I got the light board out and everything, but how did you guys manage to reconnect the lock lights? I don't have anywhere near enough room to screw the bracket back on to the posts.

As for torches, I do understand the frustration of waiting so long... I can process refunds for now if you prefer, but I do assure you they're coming -- the last 2 months has put me extremely behind on many projects.. but I see light at the end of the tunnel!

was mine among those that were going to be shipped out last week or am I further down the list (and if I'm further down, how many people are still ahead of me?
Received mine awhile back and the mod is amazing. The only problems were what you're dealing with now is exactly what I was dealing with back then. Lack of communication and no time frame given. Very frustrating to have to wait and wait and wait. Hang in there guys.
so... I'm guessing that mine was not among those 5 shown in the image 11 days ago (either that, or nothing has shipped yet). I would have thought to have either received it by now (since he's in ontario and I'm in michigan) or at least some form of tracking info.
brock hasn't been here on pinside since june 25th (2 days after posting that photo of the batch that would have shipped on the 24th or 25th, according to his last post)

received my coffin mod today. torches must still be in the works as they were not in the box
