No one that I'm aware of. I'd clean it well and flame polish it. Won't be perfect but it will be tons better.
Other than the small chip in the top I don't see anything that a little cleaning won't fix. Hit it with Novus 3, then Novus 2 and flame polish as Bryan said.
If you need to fix the chip in the back I would use Bondic since you can build up layers and then sand down to match the area when dry. It won't be perfectly clear, but pretty close.
You could also make a new one out of Lexan, but not really necessary in my opinion.
