BSD 10 switch opto board question

Hello all. Been trying to figure out whats causing a short row 1 message on my BSD. Yesterday I replaced the 10 switch opto board in it with the one from my Corvette. Bingo..........Put the BSD board in the Corvette and now the error message is in that pin. The message goes away a few minutes after start up and the pin seems to play perfectly from that point. Must be heat related???? Anyway, what should I look for on the board to fix it? Surely one of those electrical parts must be bad. The 10 switch opto board is out of stock every place I have looked so hoping this board can be repaired. Part number is A-15430
