If the 300 Point & Add Bonus (E) relay stays energized until the end of the 1/3 motor revolution, check these Motor 2C and Motor 1B switches, otherwise check this Motor 2B switch.

Problem solved. One of the switches in the score motor 1A was shorting against the side.
