Yesterday on my Jurassic Park Premium the post in front of the small end of the upper flipper sheared off below the playfield surface. Lifted the playfield and discovered the other end is blocked by the flipper assembly. Tried to unscrew the hex screw to enable removing the flipper and It is incredibly tight. I will try some liquid wrench or something else today. Has anyone had this happen and if so, how they got that screw loose? Also, looked through the manual and could not find the replacement part. Where can I find one. I have not called PBResource, Marcos or Stern or anyone else yet. I would appreciate some guidance here. Thanks

Bigehrl: Your post from pinballlife looks exactly like the one I need. You are also correct that it is the hex screw that tightens the flipper shaft to the assembly. I'll try the heat idea. Thanks

Got the screw off. Ending up using a pair of vice grips. Ordered the post. Thanks all
