My Pinbot is missing the left metal post on the visor. The one on the tip of the left plastic piece. Amazingly the plastic is still intact. This hole does not go through the playfield and I can see a piece of the original post in the hole. How do I get it out???

Also, what is the correct post and rubber that goes there? I've seen a couple different games that have different kinds.
